Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed on Ahaeli are generally dispatched within 3–5 business days for deliveries within India.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST will enter production and processing on the next business day.

Delivery Timelines

Our estimated delivery timelines are:

Most locations across India: 5–7 business days
Remote or extended service areas (including certain northeastern states, Jammu & Kashmir, and similar locations): 12–14 business days
Rural and semi-urban areas: Delivery may take an additional 1–2 business days

Business days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, major festivals, political disruptions, regional restrictions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations and local conditions.

While delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by courier operations or external circumstances, Ahaeli will actively assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery-related concerns wherever possible.

International Shipping & Customs

For international orders shipped outside India, any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer.
