Sell on Ahaeli is a program that enables you to list and sell your products on Ahaeli.com.

How does selling on Ahaeli work?

Selling on Ahaeli is easy.

1. List the products you want to sell on the Ahaeli marketplace.
2. Customers discover your products and place orders.
3. You receive a notification to ship the product.
4. You deliver the order and confirm shipment.
5. Ahaeli deposits the payment into your bank account after deducting applicable fees.

What products can I sell on Ahaeli?

Ahaeli is a unique marketplace. Buyers come here to discover items they may not find elsewhere.

All products listed on Ahaeli must fall under one of these categories:

• Handmade
• Eco-friendly
• Vintage
• Craft supplies

Handmade Items

Handmade items are products made and/or designed by you, the seller.

If you sell handmade items, you agree that:

• All handmade items are made or designed by you.
• If you work with a production partner, you must disclose that partner in the relevant listings.
• You accurately describe everyone involved in making an item in your shop’s About section.
• You use your own photographs and not stock images, artistic renderings, or photos copied from other sellers or websites.

Personalised or Made-to-Order Handmade Items

If you sell personalised or made-to-order items:

• Listings must be available for purchase at a fixed price.
• If photographs of previous work are shown with customization options, it must be clearly mentioned that images are examples only.

Vintage Items

Vintage items must be at least 20 years old.

Craft Supplies

Craft supplies include tools, ingredients, or materials primarily used to create products or special occasions.

Craft supplies may be:

• Handmade
• Commercial
• Vintage

Party supplies may also be sold as craft supplies.

We encourage transparency about how your supplies are made and where materials are sourced. Sellers may disclose environmental or social attributes such as recycled or organic materials and specify the place of manufacture.

What Can’t Be Sold on Ahaeli?

Items that violate our marketplace guidelines, prohibited product policies, intellectual property rights, or applicable laws cannot be sold on Ahaeli.

What do I need to register as a seller on Ahaeli?

Please email us at contact@ahaeli.com if you want to register as a seller.

You will need:

• Business details
• Contact information (email and phone number)
• Basic information about your business
• Tax registration details (PAN and GST)

GST details are not mandatory if you are registering as an individual seller or sole proprietor, subject to applicable regulations.

I don’t have a website. Can I still sell on Ahaeli?

Yes. You do not need a website to sell on Ahaeli.

Once registration is completed, you will receive access to the Seller Platform where you can list and manage your products.

Can I sell outside India through Ahaeli marketplace?

Yes. Ahaeli supports selling internationally.

However, international shipping availability, delivery timelines, and applicable charges may vary depending on the destination country and seller eligibility.

If I list products using Sell on Ahaeli, will customers know they are purchasing from me?

Customers will purchase through the Ahaeli marketplace.

Product detail pages and offer listings may indicate that the product is fulfilled by you; however, the invoice will be issued under Ahaeli’s name. Your business name will appear only as the shipper/seller for fulfilment purposes.

Fees and Charges

What are the charges for selling on Ahaeli?

There are three basic selling fees:

• Monthly subscription fee
• Transaction fee
• Payment processing fee

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

How and when do I get paid?

Ahaeli disburses payments to your bank account once a week.

You become eligible for payment 7 days after the return period ends.

Managing Your Account

How do I list products on Ahaeli?

You can list products:

• Individually through our web-based interface, or
• In bulk using inventory spreadsheets.

After registration, we will guide you through the listing process.

How do I manage my orders on Ahaeli?

You can view and manage orders through Manage Orders inside your Seller Account.

Once registered, we will create your Seller Account.

You are responsible for packing, shipping, and confirming shipment through the Seller Account.

Do you offer protection against fraud?

Yes. Ahaeli helps protect sellers against fraudulent orders and payment-related risks.

Can customers leave feedback and why is it important?

Yes. Customers can leave feedback.

Maintaining strong ratings helps build trust and improve visibility. Your seller rating appears on offer listing pages and helps customers make purchase decisions.

Seller feedback is also one of the metrics Ahaeli uses to evaluate seller performance.
