Returns & exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with our product, we will gladly accept returns. To return a product, contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. Product must be unused and in original packaging in order to qualify for return.

Festive supplies cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancellation request must be raised within 24 hours of purchase.
*Cancellation charges will be applicable as per refund policy.

Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

In any case, only one replacement shall be provided.

To ease the replacement process and support your complaint, we suggest that you create a video while unboxing the package. Reach out to us immediately, so that the replacement process can be accelerated. Please make sure to make a video while actual package unboxing.
