Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed on Ahaeli are generally processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Delivery timelines vary based on destination and shipping location.

As several of our products are made after an order is placed, production time is included within this dispatch window.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST will enter production and processing on the next business day.

Business days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, major festivals, political disruptions, regional restrictions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

Most locations across India: 5–7 business days
Remote or extended service areas (including certain northeastern states, Jammu & Kashmir, and similar locations): 12–14 business days
Rural and semi-urban areas: Delivery may require an additional 1–2 business days

While delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by courier operations or external circumstances, Ahaeli will actively assist customers with shipment tracking and delivery-related concerns wherever possible.

International Shipping & Customs

For international orders shipped outside India, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, local charges, or import-related fees imposed by the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer.

International delivery timelines may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Delays & External Factors

Although we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to public holidays, festivals, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, courier constraints, or circumstances beyond our control.
